Since 1954, Continental Manufacturing has been providing unparalleled custom CNC turning services & CNC lathe machining in and outside of the Dallas, TX area. Our state-of-the-art CNC equipment includes 16 CNC lathes of varying sizes and a Mori DMU-50 with 5-axis machining capabilities. We have 10” chucks for larger diameter work and collet closing chucks for smaller diameter work. Our staff and machines are state of the art and can handle tolerance as close as .0003 inches. If you need small or large diameter CNC turning, CNC lathe machining or close tolerance work, we can handle it. CNC turning is frequently used to create circular or round-shaped products from larger pieces of material. CNC turning can be used to create a variety of products including tubing, couplings, and rivets.   • Collet closing chucks from 1/4" up to 4” diameter material for extreme close tolerance machining
  • 2 CNC Swiss lathes with 5 and 7 axis machining up to 1” diameter material

Located in Dallas, TX, our 28,000-square-foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Most of our CNC machines have been acquired within an eight-year time frame, to ensure the highest quality part.
