Dallas TX Multi-Spindle CNC Screw Machining
Our multi-spindle CNC screw machining shop is equipped with 14 Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines, perfect for high volume machining and close tolerance screw machined parts. With varying machine sizes, we handle material sizes for your machined parts from 1/4" up to 3-1/2”. With 6 and 8 spindles we can machine any feature on one machine, minimizing cost and reducing the price of your screw machined parts.
We have just about every size collet for any size material and can run hex, round, and square for our screw machined parts. We have attachments for triple threading, recessing, tapping, acme thread machining, reaming, roller burnishing, knurling, straight and pipe thread or tapered threading.
